Genesis 29:10 NKJ - "And it came to pass, when Jacob saw Rachel the daughter of Laban his mother’s brother, and the sheep of Laban his mother’s brother, that Jacob
went near and rolled the stone from the well’s mouth, and watered the flock of Laban his mother’s brother."
The well contains water, the source of life, and Jesus is the living water. To access this life-giving water, the stone needed to be rolled away. Jacob was determined to remove the stone because he saw Rachel, recognizing that his blessing was tied to taking action.
Just as Jacob acted in faith to remove the obstacle before him, we too must identify and confront the stones in our lives that limit our blessings. These stones may represent doubts, fears, or past failures that hinder us from experiencing the fullness of what GOD has for us. By acknowledging these barriers and actively working to overcome them, we open ourselves to receive the abundant blessings that await.
Let us be inspired by Jacob's determination. When we seek the living water, we should be willing to move aside whatever stands in our way. Remember, the path to our blessings often requires courage and effort. Trust that as you push through these challenges, you will discover deeper wells of grace and provision in your life. GOD bless.
