Nahum 1:7 NKJ - The Lord is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble, and He knows those who take refuge in Him.
Father God is omniscient; He knows everybody. But I'm not talking about Him knowing us in the objective sense. I'm talking about Him knowing us intimately and tenderly. He resists the proud, but He knows He knows everyone who seeks to take refuge in Him with a sincere and humble heart.
Why God cared for the humble? Anyone who find refuge in the LORD must be completely surrender, submit and relying on Him. It's like a child completely relying on his father or mother for everything. When we come to the LORD with this kind of mentality, the LORD will respond with power and authority. Let us enter into His presence with humility and sincere heart, and the LORD will take care of our problems and circumstances of life.
