Beloved You Are Not a Settler
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord Jesus Your God will be with you wherever you go (Joshua 1:9).
I will give you every place where you set your foot, as I promised Moses (Joshua 1:3).
Open your mouth and declare I am a Joshua! When you say this, it means that you affirm: Where I put my foot, I have authority. I am like Joshua, and I will not slip into a mentality of retreat. I am like Joshua, and I will not accept where I am as being my destination. I am like Joshua and reject an assignment to come into agreement with how I am right now. Today, the Lord gives you the gift of the Kingdom of God, raging war against the enemy. This is the time to be in open resistance while being bold in contending against what the demons are saying.
It is a time to be valiant and rebel against the demonic spirits that are grooming you. For these demon groomers would seek to manipulate, exploit, abuse, and establish an emotional connection with you. They want to share their thoughts that you might become a settler; one who settles for the status quo; one who settles for how you feel; one who settles for how you have been received by others; one who settles for your current level of promotion.
You are a Joshua, and you have authority. When the demons scream, "settle and stay" at you, the Holy Spirit is rising up within you and instructing you to overcome and move. You have been in many dress rehearsals for today, and your level of faith is on the rise. You have been prepared, and God has already dealt with your unreadiness. You have been in the classroom of Heaven, learning the heart and truth of Your heavenly Father
Today, you are released to overthrow!
A savvy agitator rises within you; the revolutionary is switched on. The insurgency formulates a voice in the midst of you, and now you are released to be defiant against the dark powers!
